PROFHILO

Is an injectable skin remodelling treatment containing one of the highest concentrations of Hyaluronic Acid (HA) on the market, especially formulated for people whose skin lacks volume and elasticity.

Rather than just plumping and filling wrinkles, the slow release of HA by Profhilo stimulates the production of collagen and elastin, in turn improving skin tone, hydration and the appearance of fine lines. The result is improved skin quality lasting for up to 6 months. Two treatments are required four weeks apart.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does It Hurt?

The process isn’t pleasant, but nor is it painful we would say a little uncomforatble. The procedure involves 10 injections 5 each side of the face.

Is It Safe?

Profhilo is a safe and effective procedure.

Are there any side affects?

As with all non-surgical aesthetic treatments there is a risk of side-effects, such as minor bruising or swelling at the injection sites. Bumps are a normal occurrence and generally subside quickly.

Profhilo is not recommended for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or people who are allergic to Hyaluronic Acid.

What can I expect?

Before the treatment, you will have a consultation to ensure that you are comfortable with the procedure and that all of your questions are answered. Your practitioner will mark areas of your face – this is done to highlight the precise injection sites, which is called the bap technique.

After the treatment, we advise that you drink plenty of water to ensure the HA remains in your body to hydrate your skin as much as possible.
