This year manager Gareth Southgate has picked quite a young team for example Deli Alli, Danny Rose, Ruben Loftus cheek and Fabian Delph but has also included some older more experienced players like Harry Kane, Jamie Vardy, Gary Cahil and Jordan Henderson. It is a young team but does have some really important senior players which will give the squad a great balance both with experience, character and with positional team play. Gareth Southgate also has plenty of experience, some good and some bad like missing THAT penalty! But he seems to have a great repour with the players and the media and is bringing a relaxed but strong team.
